• Support Letter Template - Use this as a guide for writing to your family, friends, or anyone you know who would be interested in knowing about your decision to go to Winter Conference and could possibly offer you financial support.
• Suggested Fundraising Schedule - It takes time to get all the letters written, support raised, and plans made to be able to go to Winter Conference. Use this schedule to help make sure you can get it all done in time.
• Campus Director Letter - Inform your campus director about the conference and the ways he or she can encourage and invite students to go to Winter Conference.
• Waiver for Students Under 18 - If you are under 18 years of age, you will need parent or guardian permission to attend.
